Pharma Anveshan 2025: National Pharmacy Education Day
School of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences, Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology celebrated Pharma Anveshan 2025: National Pharmacy Education Day on 6 March 2024 (123rd Birth Anniversary of Prof. M. L. Shroff, Father of Pharmaceutical Education in India).
National Pharmacy Education Day Theme:”Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharma Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers, and Pharmaceuticals Startups”.
The Chief Guest for this event was Ms. Sakshi Thakur Plant Head, Aishwarya Lifesciences.
Event was commenced with the welcome address by Prof. Ravinesh Mishra, Dean SPES, Baddi University of Emerging Sciences & Technology. An Expert talk was organized on this occasion. The Keynote speakers were Ms. Sakshi Thakur, Prof. Ravinesh Mishra apprised the students about ‘Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharma Practice’.
Moreover, Prof. V.K. Kapoor spoke about the advent of education in Pharmacy in India and Prof. Tej Vir Singh stressed on the importance of Pharmacists.
Prof. T.R. Bhardwaj also interacted with the students and emphasized the role of Prof. Mahadeva Lal Schroff who started the education of Pharmacy in India and also industry -academia partnership.
The celebration of National Pharmacy Education Day envisages interaction between students, teachers and contributing to the awakening of the scientific spirit among students.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by HoD-SPES Dr. Bhartendu Sharma.
