Baddi University of Emerging Sciences & Technology observed “International Women’s Day” on 06 March 2020 in the University Campus. This year the theme of the event was “Each for Equal”. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr) T.R. Bhardwaj presided over the function. Prof. (Dr) Swarn Lata Sharma, Professor at CSK Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University, Palampur was the Chief Guest of the event. Baddi University of Emerging Sciences & Technology takes its own unique initiative ‘BETIYON KI BARI’ (BKB) to promote professional education among girl students of Himachal Pradesh, to enable them to carve out a distinct niche for themselves and savor the fruits of growth and industrialization. ‘BKB’ is an exceptional scholarship scheme for girl students who intend to excel on the professional front.
