School of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences (SPES), Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) organized an industrial visit on 12 March 2024 for the students of B. Pharmacy 4th and 6th sem, at Oxigen Analytical Laboratories. Industrial visits offer students practical insights into real-world applications of their academic knowledge, and visiting a facility like Oxigen Analytical Laboratories can provide them with valuable exposure to industrial processes related to their field of study.

Students interacted with Q/C and Q/A experts from Industry Personnel, who provided extensive insight and knowledge on a variety of analytical equipment, including GCs (with FID and TCD detectors), HPLCs (with UV-Visible, RI, PDA, Fluorescence, and Conductivity detectors), AASs, Dissolutions, Malvern Particles Size Analyzer, Liquid Particle Counter, and many more.

Along with the students, production officers demonstrated how various departments operate.

During their tour, students apparently had the opportunity to observe the inner workings of a number of departments. Students’ academic comprehension is enhanced by the trips, which also provide them with an opportunity to consider potential future paths. It is fantastic that BUEST organizes these company visits as they are an ideal way to improve students’ educational experiences and prepare them for their future professions.
