School of  Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences (SPES), Baddi University of
Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) organized an industrial visit
on 19 December 2023 for the students of B. Pharmacy 3rd and 5th sem,
at  IBN Herbals . Industrial visits offer students practical insights
into real-world applications of their academic knowledge, and visiting
a facility like IBN can provide them with valuable exposure to
industrial processes related to their field of study.

The Q/C and Q/A experts of Industry Personnel interacted with students
and provide the detailed discussion/knowledge on treatment, storage &
disposal facility for hazardous waste-material and Environmental
Consultancy.

Then students started their visit in various departments. Production
and Production Officer accompanied students and showed their various
departments that how the processes going on.

During the visit, students likely had the chance to observe various
aspects of different departments and their job responsibilities. Such
visits not only enhance students’ understanding of theoretical
concepts but also give them a glimpse into potential career paths and
the practical challenges faced by industries in managing waste
effectively. It’s commendable that BUEST organizes such industrial
visits, as they play a crucial role in enriching the educational
experience of students and preparing them for future professional
endeavors.
