On 3rd may (2024) School of management studies orgainsed guest lecture for the students pursuing MBA HR on the topic- HR readiness for future . The keynote speaker was Mr. Saurav Bhore , unit HR manager HUL, Nalagarh Unit.

He addresses the student about the various opportunities & challenges faced as a fresher. He also suggested students to assess HR readiness for future several factors need to be consideration: Technology integration, skill development , talent acquisition & retention. The session was very interactive & all the students participated in the discussion.The event was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr. Arun Kant Painoli ,Dean, School of management .
