School of Management Studies organized a Guest Lecture on the Changing Role of People Management in the Digital Age. The keynote speaker was Mr. Harish, Ex HR head of Kangaroo Industries Ltd, Microtek International, and many more. Mr. Harish has rich experience of more than 25 years. Mr. Harish expresses the deep concern of understanding the changing market force dynamic, especially after COVID-19. He said students should be well versed in the application of digital tools in managing the workforce. The students should know how to manage the hybrid workforce. Students must know the application of Artificial Intelligence in solving HR-related issues. The session was very interactive and all the students appreciated the presentation delivered by the keynote speaker.
