Expert Lecture on the topic “Usage of Chromatography in Pharmaceutical Industries”
School of Sciences, Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology, Baddi was organized an Expert Lecture on the topic “Usage of Chromatography in Pharmaceutical Industries”’ on 25th March, 2025. Mr. Dinesh Patel, ADL Head (R&D), Morepen Laboratories Ltd., Baddi, a renowned expert in pharmaceutical analysis and chromatography techniques was invited as keynote speaker. Hon’bleVice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) J.K. Sharma addressed the students and talked about the powerful analytical technique of chromatography which plays a crucial role in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food safety, environmental science, and petrochemicals.
The session aimed to provide insights into the role of chromatography in drug development, quality control and regulatory compliance. He discussed at length about various types of chromatography including High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and Ion Exchange Chromatography.diu
