Guidelines to apply for original grade cards

1. Fill the application form. This service is only applicable if the candidate wants the document on his postal address.
2. An applicant needs to send the hard copy of all required documents in advance at Baddi University.
3. Email to facilitate the office process at coe@baddiuniv.ac.in
4. Postage Charges are:

• 1500 for each envelope outside India
• 200 for each envelope with in India.
• 100 for each envelope with in Himachal

5. Mode of Payment:

• Cash
• Payment through NEFT:

6. The process of application will be initiated only after the confirmation of payment of the fees and receiving the hard copy of all documents.
7. The process of application will be declined if the Documents furnished are incomplete.
8. Issuance Period – 45 days after the declaration of the result.
9. The degree will be issued after the approval from authorities of BUEST.
