Instructions to Apply for apply certificates

    1. Fill the application form.
    2. If the Original Degree is lost/misplaced/damaged then Affidavit and copy of police complaint is required. It is compulsory to submit An Affidavit (in original) in the format given in Appendix-C. Student can download the affidavit format from University website on examination page.
    3. An applicant needs to send the hard copy of all required documents in advance at Baddi University.
    4. Email to facilitate the office process at coe@baddiuniv.ac.in
    5. A fee for Duplicate Degree is Rs/- 3000.
    6. Postage Charges are:
    • 1500 for each envelope outside India
    • 200 for each envelope with in India.
    • 100 for each envelope with in Himachal

    1. The process of application will be initiated only after the confirmation of payment of the fees and receiving the hard copy of all documents.
    2. The process of application will be declined if the Documents furnished are incomplete.
    3. Issuance Period – Minimum 30 working days for Duplicate Degree.
    4. The duplicate degree will be issued after the approval from authorities of BUEST.
