Computer Science and Engineering Department of BUEST organized an enlightening Alumni Talk on April 9, 2024, aimed at providing valuable insights and guidance to the current students of B.tech CSE and MCA. The distinguished alumni speakers for the event were Ms. Swinky Sharma, from the batch of 2009-2013, the Founder of Cyber Forge Academy, and Ms. Priti Rana, from the batch of 2008-2012, the Founder and Managing Director of Bitclu Softwares Solution.

The Alumni Talk proceeded with enlightening presentations and interactive sessions led by Swinky Sharma and Priti Rana. They shared their academic journey at BUEST and reflected on the pivotal role the institution played in shaping their careers. Both alumni emphasized the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and perseverance in the rapidly evolving field of technology. They shared valuable insights into entrepreneurship, industry expectations, and emerging technologies, inspiring the students to aspire for excellence and innovation. The interactive session allowed students to engage directly with the alumni, seeking advice on career paths, skill development, and industry opportunities. The alumni generously shared their experiences, providing invaluable guidance tailored to the students’ queries and aspirations.

The event was organized by Ms. Monika Narwal, AP CSE, Mr. Tarsem AP CSE, Mr. Raman Lecturer CA and Mr. Nitin AP CSE. Sarthak Chawla, Btech CSE student, delivered a heartfelt welcome note on behalf of the department, extending warm regards to the alumni and acknowledging their contributions to the field.
