The examination department in the Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology works round the year. It is the one of the important departments of University which takes the utmost care from the academic evaluation of the students, result processing, and awarding degrees to those students who successfully fulfil their academic requirements. The examination department works according to the ordinance and regulations framed by the BUEST.
The examination department consists of four branches. 1) Conduct branch, 2) Evaluation branch, 3) Result branch and 4) Secrecy branch. The scheduling of exams and its fair conduct is the responsibility of the conduct branch. BUEST have a rigorous table marking system for the evaluation of the answer sheets of students. The evaluation branch ensures the fair and timely completion of the all work related to evaluation. Further, the result branch is responsible for the result processing and timely declaration of the result. The secrecy branch of the examination cell ensures all the activities which requires secrecy e.g. question paper collection, invigilator duties, printing of question papers, printing degrees with securities features etc.
The examination department provides various services like providing grade cards, transcripts, provisional/original degrees, certificates, attestation, authentication and verification of degree, grade cards, transcripts issued by the BUEST. All the staff of the examination department is very committed and works at the highest level of student satisfaction.
