Every now and then, comes along a person who discovers something or does something, and our world is changed forever. Lives are affected and things are never the same. These people are not extraordinary by birth. They are born ordinary; they just take the opportunity to do something extraordinary. So here are a few people who did the extraordinary.

1. Bill gates: He was still in high school when he created a computer programme. In 1977 he co-founded Microsoft and had become the richest man by 1993. Today him and his wife are the owners of the largest charity in the world.

2.Martin Luther King, Jr.: He had a dream, he said. And through his non-violence means, he attained equal rights for the blacks in Southern States of the USA. A winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, despite his early death, he has been an inspiration for millions.

3. Adolf Hitler: His name has inspired both hatred and awe amongst the masses, being responsible for the murder of six million people leading to a war that nearly devastated the world.

4. Albert Einstein: In the world of physics, there hasn’t been a bigger name than Einstein. The man has contributed significantly and made it possible for us to live with the understanding of the world we now have.

5. William Shakespeare: For those who have an appreciation of literature, Shakespeare has been one of the greatest writers ever. His compositions have affected ordinary lives and created for pieces of literature that every man can relate to.
