School of Management Studies, Baddi University has organized a 2-day Faculty Development Program on Research Article writing and Publishing on 18th and 19th Jan 2024. The resource persons invited for the FDP are: – Prof ( Dr) Tejinder Pal Singh, Professor , University Business School, Panjab University, Prof ( Dr) Sarbjeet Singh, Professor , University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University and Prof ( Dr) Arun Kant Painoli, Dean, School of Management Studies, Baddi University. The FDP program is conducted in Physical mode. The FDP is divided into 2 days. In first day Prof (Dr) Sarbjeet Singh and Prof (Dr) Arun Kant Painoli will address on the topics- Introduction to Research Articles, Effective Literature review for writing a review paper and how to write a research problem statement while writing a research problem that can further helps in developing the scope of reperch for future use. In second day Prof ( Dr) Tejinder Pal Singh will address on topic how to select the right journal for your research paper , Ethical consideration in research and how to increase the citation of your research paper. The FDP was attended by 50 faculty members of various schools of Baddi University. The session was very interactive and informative and all faculty members appreciated the learning outcomes received after the completion of the FDP program. In the end Mrs. Pooja Chahal proposed the Vote of thanks In the FDP program Prof (Dr) Khushmeet Kumar, Registrar, Prof ( Dr) T.R. Bhardwaj , Advisor to Chancellor, all faculty members of School of Management Studies and different Schools of the University were also present.
