Guidelines to Apply for Duplicate Semester Grade Card(s)
- Fill the application form.
- If the Original Degree is lost/misplaced/damaged then an Affidavit and copy of police complaint is required. It is compulsory to submit An Affidavit (in original) in the format given in Appendix-C. Students can download the affidavit format from university website on the examination page.
- An applicant needs to send the hard copy of all required documents in advance at Baddi University.

- Fees for Duplicate Semester Grade Card is 500 per Document.
- Postage Charges are:
- 1500 for each envelope outside India
- 200 for each envelope with in India.
- 100 for each envelope within Himachal

- The process of application will be initiated only after the confirmation of payment of the fees and receiving the hard copy of all documents.
- The process of application will be declined if the Documents furnished are incomplete.
- Issuance Period – Minimum 15 working days.
- The duplicate degree will be issued after the approval from authorities of BUEST.
